The project aims to reduce social risk and exclusion of persons who have children and are socially disadvantaged, increasing their ability to cope with crisis situations.Objectives of the project:1) to improve the participants' skills and competencies in the sphere of adult education,2) to seek for higher motivation and satisfaction of participants in everyday work,3) to integrate the best practices and new methods into the daily activities of the office, devoting attention for education of skills of persons coping with social risk,4) to improve the quality of services for persons of social risk who have children, 5) to cooperate with the host organization participating in the project, to make new contacts in Latvia seeking for further collaboration,6) to improve foreign languages (Russian language) knowledge,7) to create learning materials about education of skills of coping with social risk,8) to provide training in Kaunas, which would be devoted for specialists of Lithuania working with social risk families and for the specialists of GIMK program working with foster carers,9) to educate, inform other professionals and public society implementing dissemination of the project.The project involves two partners: sending organization Children' Welfare Center ,,Shelter "and the host organization in Latvia Professional Development and the Supervision Center ,, AISMA“. Children Welfare Centre ,,Pastoge" selected 6 participants who will carry out watching of job in various Latvian organizations (in the host organization, in two crisis centers, in social service agencies, in family support center) for 4 days. After the visit participants will create training materials and will conduct training for professionals of Lithuania working with social risk families and for GIMK specialists working with foster carers.Evaluation of the project objectives and results, quality of the results of the participants‘ learning, dissemination of project will take place in the host and sending organizations and during organized training. Receiving organization will issue Europass Mobility documents for the participants. Acquired knowledge, skills and expertise will be used in Children' Welfare Center ,,Pastoge“ daily activities, in educational activities, in the implementation of the Strategic Development Plan, in collaboration with other organizations. It is expected to disseminate information about the education of coping skills with social risk, to support new relationships and to develop international projects after the project will be finished.
