The main goal of the project is to increase of volunteering and social activies of teenagers for local background, shaping pro-social attitudes, meeting each other, making contact and also exchanging of experience between participants from Latvia and Poland.20 people including 10 teenagers from Poland and 10 from Latvia in age beetwen 15 and 19 years old will be participating in 7 day exchange in Krzyźowa near Świdnica in Lower Silesia. The participants will be recruited among youth who collaborate with applicant(nieformalny Klub Liderów Młodzieżowych) and partner, who want to improve their skills in volunteer and social work.The goal of the project will be achieved through workshops, dicussions and specialized artistic actitivies.The participants are going to work in small groups to make their own short videos (in English, Latvian and Polish language) to encourage peers from both countries to take part of volunteer and social activities.For most of the participants it will be the first contact with movie making. Because of that, the projects aims to teach them how to create scripts, act and also work with camera and edit videos.The project’s goal is also international education including integration activities (varied games, working in groups), national nights (tradition, habits, cuisine) and language activities.Participants, in their free time, will be able to spend time together by using sports hall and arranging party. The project gives opportunity of self improvement, international integration, improving their motivation to social work and upskilling movie making skills.Movies made by participants are going to be showed on the last day of the project. After that they will be used in local cities (for example on website of Lubań city, in participants’ schools) as a spotlight promoting youth volunteer activity.The project will allow applicant to promote activity of the Klub Liderów Młodzieżowych in Lubań and Lubań county, shape pro-social attitudes and institute cooperation.Project will also motivate participants to take part of future activities in Klub Liderów Młodzieżowych.This exchange is the first collaboration between applicant and applicant’s partner. The realisation will allow partners to verify the cooperation in practice.Both sides aim to cooperate in future project initiated and realised with youth in Latvia.Benefits for both sides will be experience in realization exchanges in Erasmus+ Programme.
