Availability of staff for organizing the operating of groups 3.Improvement of kindergarten material and technical equipment for groups operation 4. Project Management 5. Information and promotional activities Expected Results: Transfer of knowledge and best practice on children development and creation of specialized groups for children in kindergartens.
