The SKILLFUL TREE project aims at enhancing methods and practices for the improvement of vocational training, labour market entry and social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, such as physically and mentally disabled persons, immigrants and young people at risk. As such, project partners will develop an innovative model integrating a range of educational and vocational training, guidance and social inclusion approaches and will introduce new methodology for use in the assessment of individual skills and competences. The new model will be supported by user guidelines, with project results being presented on CD-Rom and via a dedicated project website, in IT, FR, CZ & ES. Primary beneficiaries of the project include disadvantaged groups, vocational training and guidance organisations, employment services and those working in the field of social and labour market inclusion. Dissemination will be ongoing throughout the project lifetime, relying upon the circulation of printed and electronic materials and involving all relevant stakeholders.
