Sharing Best Practices for Inclusive Growth

The training course Sharing best practices for Inclusive Growth aims at discovering new ways to express ideals of equal opportunities and to give young people competences to have active role in our society for combating poverty and marginalization through and in volunteering. The project idea is to give the right and necessary space to young people for a wide exchange of different visions, approaches, experiences and intercultural backgrounds and to explore the volunteering as tool to let them come out with concrete actions for making their vision on what has to be done for addressing the poverty and marginalization at different levels reality. Being an Applicant of the project , we "Youth for Exchange and Cooperation" will also host the training course and it will take place in Tsakhkadzor, Armenia,40 km from Yerevan, from 04/03/2013 to 12/04/2013 and will involve 26 participants coming from Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, Italy,Spain, Greece,Slovakia, Croatia,Serbia, Albania, Romania, Ukraine, Moldova.The methodology will consist of the following elements: Plenary sessions, Working groups addressing the problems priorities and discussed , Study visits to various volunteer organizations (religious, cultural, ethnic) is planed as the tool for understanding the real picture of the problem and have an open discussions, Meetings and discussions with the leading human rights organizations working in this field, Presentation of successful campaigns, hints for making posters, commercial, video for promotion of the theme and the project itself, Brainstorming will be part of all the project, Action development session will be dedicated to the proposal drafting for follow-up actions, “Ice-breaking”, “role-playing” “team building” and energizers will be present during the programme in order to ensure “learning by experience”.
