The aim of the project 'Share your Passion' is to create a space for the exchange of experience and good practice from the field of working with Roma youths, discussion about the importance and role of the educational assistant and develop new ideas for activities integrating the Roma youth with the local community. During the six days training 23 people from 7 NGOs from Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Albania, Georgia, Czech Republic and Turkey will exchange of best practices from their countries, get to know Roma culture, educational assistant and plan their future activities. The project will be opportunity to make contacts with organizations from other countries and develop international cooperation in the field of Roma integration. Participants are in the age 17-50. They have already experience in work with Roma youth or want to work with Roma in the future and desire to learn about the experiences of their colleagues and good practices from other countries to improve their own actions. They are interested in the Roma culture in other countries. The project is aimed at understanding and development of new methods of working with Roma youth. So will affect the quality of work of the largest and most marginalized ethnic minority group in the European Union. It will contribute to the improvement of the situation of the Roma community in places where participants are working. In the long term we hope to have a positive impact on the process of integration of Roma with local communities. In a European / international level project will constitute one of the actions for the inclusion of Roma communities. The problem of exclusion of the Roma minority is in fact one of the most pressing problems of the EU, which measures each country.
