Participants in our organization, volunteers carry out their activities within the framework of actions implemented by the Department of Children, Youth and Education of the City of Lleida, support and collaboration with the technicians and other monitors. We can divide the tasks, roughly, into 3 types:1. Department of Children* Coordination of different projects intended to meet the needs of children at risk in the city* Intervention with families’ referents.* Intervention programs, recreational and educational activities with children / as and their families.Childhood programs direct intervention: - school enrichment activities - recreational activities aimed at children / as - Training activities for families - Intervention in socio-educational projects and centres for children / as with certain social risk2. Department of Youth:* Youth information: support for activities of youth information that can be made, such as requests for information that may be generated by young people themselves* Support scheduling dynamic youth activities organized from the council itself, youth groups and associations in the city,* Dissemination and promotion of EVS in particular and the "Youth in Action" program in general. It is to organize and promote efforts performances to get the largest possible number of young people in our city know the SVE and the various actions that are part of the European program, including information on youth resources that promote youth mobility, information on European programs ...3. Department of Education:* Educational and counselling intervention with adolescents and young people to improve their skills profiles:- With adolescents: reading literacy work through dramatization techniques, visual and artistic expression and through the work of emotional education. Work with students performing the transition from primary to secondary and are accompanied in this process by trying to contribute to their academic success is prioritized.- With over 16 years young: educational workshops counselling and language skills working in different languages; social skills and active job search. All this to help them increase their occupational profile for later incorporation into employment.
