The "Seminar for the personal development of young delegates' is based on the need to better preparation of students to participate in international youth conferences of Structured Dialogue, which will take place during the next eighteen-month cycle Presidency of Netherlands, Slovakia and Malta in the European Union.The main aim of the project is to train young people and future participants Youth Conferences such skills and abilities that will benefit their participation in the Structured Dialogue of Youth Conferences.The project is divided into three parts. In the first phase it will create a group of male and female students in their participation in training seminars. Methodology of educational seminars and their continuity is also created in the initial phase of the project.The second activity is the implementation of the project on their own training seminars which will take during the next eighteen-month cycle Presidency of Netherlands, Slovakia and Malta in the European Union. Will be composed of three modules of 4 separate training seminars. It is anticipated number of participants in number 16. At each training seminar will be prepared by one lecturer and four mentors who will lead smaller working groups. Documentarist will also participate in workshops/seminars and will document all activities via photography and film.Themes training seminars will be continuous and consistent to provide participants with adequate abilities and skills for preparation and participating as a delegates in international youth conferences such as when the Presidium of the European Union will be on or for future.The final activity is the dissemination of the training methodology and outputs from education seminars and media skills of young people involved.
