Issued from the meeting of two associations, "le Carrefour Associatif", moroccan, and "Etudiants et Développement", the Students and Citizens program aims since its creation in 2012 to support student engagement in Morocco and citizen initiatives Franco-Moroccan. In a context of both buoyant stimulated by a motivated student and youth sensitive to the notion of the general interest of both sides of the Mediterranean, it is necessary to encourage and promote the involvement of students in Morocco and exchange practices with French associations. Considering the student as a citizen and responsible actor of proposals and positive change on Moroccan society, the program aims to ensure commitments accessible, meaningful and relevant areas in order to fully engage in citizen initiatives and solidarity. The target program to encourage students not engaged or disengaged to become and to promote the environment and the commitment capacity of those who already are or have become.The active trainig (SIEFA) aims to enrich student organizations exchanges with other collectives Morocco and France and to share their practices in Morocco and in France. Aware of the importance and interest of pooling, and involved in practices for exchange with other collectives from Morocco and other countries, students enrich their collective association project and their actions.It also aims to equip, train and support students engaged in group to build the capacity of these to function in a coherent and structured manner with respect to their association project. Through meetings spaces and exchange of practices between youth and collective Moroccan and French, in France and Morocco, collective are aware of the importance of being organized by an association project defining the vision, mission and values, collective are accompanied in their structuring and trained in the management of internal operating tools.Thus, 12 french students 20 moroccan students will be particularly involved in the SIEFA, which is part of two larger training weekends wicj reunite more than 30 students.Finally, the goal is to train and support the collective mastery of the construction and implementation of relevant and sustainable citizen initiatives: aware initially of the importance of actions within their territory, and then trained editing tools to citizens and solidarity projects, collectives are accompanied in the realization and conduct relevant and sustainable projects. They are able to use these tools to apply them in organizing their own citizens' initiatives and in supporting projects supported by their peers.This project is part of a broader course of action training, entitled "Let's go our project," which, like the Students and Citizens program aims to support and accompany the commitment and initiatives citizenship and solidarity with the students. The action training is a training course in 3 sessions as physical meetings, distributed over time from November to April, allowing participant to mobilize and develop their learning.
