The “Self-Made” contact making seminar will gather 14 youth workers from 4 European countries for 5 days of intensive program in a co-living and co-working environment, focusing on the improvement of their ability to develop and write proposals for local start up initiatives, and a project within the Erasmus+ program. The final objective of the project will be that, by the end of it, each participant will have a project proposal ready for submission and approval, a practical toolkit on project management, and take part in 5 developed social start ups ideas.Participants will receive as part of the activity tips and techniques directed at the improvement of their creativity and productivity towards the design, writing and implementation of projects within the Erasmus+ program through non formal education methods, presentations and workshops. They will be able to work together in a co-living and co-working environment for 5 days in a multidisciplinary group that will offer them support and advice for the elaboration of new projects that will help solve the issues facing their local communities, while they increase their professional network for future partnerships."Self-Made" is targeted both at experienced youth workers and project coordinators and at newcomers willing to begin their career in the field of international projects in the Erasmus+ framework.
