In the project 14 students from intermediate vocational training ('CGFM') specialty of Administration and Management, Electricity and Electronics, Community Care and Socio-cultural Services, Health Care, Transport and Vehicle Maintenence and Hospitality and Tourism of Santa María de Guía High School have carried out thirty days of placements in Reggio Calabria (Italy) to enhance the international dimension of their training. In the Project the management team and teachers from different professional families and language teachers and training and career guidance have been involved. The practices have been validated as part of the training module Work Centre FCT. The objectives have been to improve the skills and competencies of students CFGM facilitating future integration in the Spanish and European labour market, and have known other forms of work organization, industrial production and innovations in the productive sectors. The result is that our students in their professional expectations include the possibility of developing part of their working lives in other European countries. We have also ensured that the students experience with other European business realities are transferred to our socio-economic environment and to improve the quality of our training programs. The mobilities were performed between November 2015 and June 2016.
