The realiziation of the projekt contributes to the strategic aim of the programme to the increase of economical and social integration in the crossborder district through the providing of training of crossborder character for people with special needs, concrete for women regressing to the labour process and arget group over 45 years. By the acquirement of necessary competences to the self employment of target group contributes to the reduction of unemployment in the target crossborder regions ansd also with the active enggement of target group to the employment sustains the economical competitiveness in the crossborder district. Achievements: The area of the Banskobystrický and Heves counties is economically and socially underdeveloped. The aim of the project was to organize trainings for people with special needs, especially for women returning to the labour market and people over 45 years of age. The realization of the project contributed to the increase of economic and social integration in the target region. By acquiring the necessary competences for self-employment within the target groups, the project contributed to the reduction of unemployment in the target area and also to the economic competitiveness of the cross-border region.
