The training course SEE will gather 33 participants from 11 different countries (Czech Republic, Estonia, Italy, Portugal, Spain,UK, Turkey, Armenia, Georgia, Ukraina, Israel) in October 2016 in the Czech Republic around the themes: youth (un)employment, empowerment of young people, youth entrepreneurship and mobility. The training will allow focusing on the emergency of providing necessary entrepreneurship competencies to young people who were never employed and will be a space where those who recently lost employment can review and improve their competencies. The added value of mobility will also be a strong point in the training course.The TC will emphasize the positive side of the risk which can bring a change: how the fact of taking risks can be a motor of personal and professional development. The training will be based on non-formal education with the following methods: cooperative games, individual work, small discussion groups, plenary work, group dynamics, personal challenges theoretical input. Important part of the training will be field visits including practical workshops in local enterprices in the Czech republic. During the 6-working-day training course at least four visits will be organized to the local businesses and social enterprices.Additionally this project will encourage, support (coach and mental) and track the participants of these project to start up and run their own business as well as connecting them with key individuals in a cross- sectorial environment.
