College Massenet is a school of second degree located in a priority education network (economic disadvantage and difficult public). The international openness is a major focus enrolled in the school plan. The implementation of this project of mobility is part of a language training plan to a multidisciplinary teaching team. This training aims to contribute to the professional development of staff by improving the language skills; the discovery of new educational systems and new teaching practices; to unite a team and foster interdisciplinary work to carry out, in a second step, a strategic partnership for pupils. These achievements will allow teachers to innovate in their professional practices, face a difficult puplic with academic difficulties. The choice of partner countries, Norway is motivated by the desire to discover the cultural, pedagogical and educational practices from countries of northern Europe. This project is an opportunity to register for the long term, the European dimension in educational and cultural practices of our school.
