Its value was acknowledged by the award of “European School" Certificate, for the last 6 years. The management team of the project will be made up of personnel having a rich experience in the teaching process, project management, use of modern means of communication as well as counseling and vocational guidance. The Board of Education Quality Assurance in our school has recently performed a questionnaire among the teachers, students and parents and showed that 95% of the teachers need teaching training to work with various groups of students and adult course attendants, to put into value students’ multiple intelligence, to be trained both in a formal and informal environment, to be aware of their students’ hidden talents and competences acquired in the formal and informal environment, all this becoming a must in the fight against school leaving and education failure. The objectives of the European integration plan of our school are as follows : O1 – to reduce school leaving and to guide students’ professional career so as to have a high level of qualification (4-5 according to EQF) at graduation. O2 – to identify and recognize students’ competences acquired in the formal and informal environment, to encourage non formal, extracurricular and volunteering activities O3 – to create a pleasant school environment where students have equal education opportunities no matter their financial, ethnic, geographical or health differences caused by some deficiencies, different religions or other differences. To fight against conflicts, violence and to raise communication level. First mobility training which will mainly regard the first objective will be held in Spain, Madrid, "Cervantes Training " Institute and the topic will be ”Coaching in educational contexts to reduce early school leaving ”. The training will last for 7 days and willbe attended by 6 teachers, form teachers having in their classrooms students with a high risk of school leaving. The second mobility will correspond to the second objective and will be held in Turkey, Kars in the SHAFT organization which has a huge experience in the young people’s non-formal education. This mobility will be focused on ”Planning of the non formal education activities and recognition of students’ acquired competences” and will be carried out by 7 teachers involved in non formal, informal and volunteering teaching activities. The following will be achieved: -the raise of students’ major interest in individual and professional development, becoming more self confident -increased interest for education in school social environment resulting in highly qualified graduates which are motivated to successfully end their studies; because generally 10% of the students give up studies after the first two years in high school, we intend to reduce this percentage to 5%; -qualification level 4 and 5 for over 80% of the school graduates -80 % cut of conflicts and violence episodes within the school -school internationalization and attracting course attendants from all the European countries -increase of students’ involvement in the school activities -an important increase of the educational process quality in our institution as school plays an important role in the local community both in Piatra-Neamt and in other rural areas of the Neamt county where many of our school students live. Consequently, the communities our students belong to will get an improvement in their perspectives and an improvement of life quality on long term.
