Scene for Unity two times 10 days project flow designed for 48 youth workers and for youth with fewer opportunities, who are taking an active peer leader role in their communities (at settlements of minorities, in foster houses ). 11 countries are taking part in the training process as a network: Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Croatia, Latvia, Czech Republic, Turkey, Greece, Hungary thus developing following aims and objectives in the field of youth work: implementation of democtartic social dialogues social inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities decresing the level of youth unemployment In order to achieve aims and objectives following working methods were selected: theatre- and dramapedagogy for better expression of self, for effective communication and advocacy and braveness to express mediation and conflict-resolution techniques for better understanding the nature of tensions in cooperations and to build advantage from situation might hinder us for the first sight All these will be embedded into the methodology of outdoor experiential education, that will help to stay healthy, creative and playful in a beautiful natural surrounding. Scene for Unity will be held in Galyatető, Hungary. First part "Scene" will be organized from 31.10.-09.11.2014 second part "Unity" will take part between 06.03.-15.03.2015. The 2 trainings will besupported by a 3 days preparatory meeting through democratic dialogues between 03.09-06.09.2014 in Budapest.
