Group of young people coming from small towns in the Lublin province grows up in an environment where broad cultural artifacts are accompanied by traditional every day. Contact with representatives of the traditional professions , craftsmen, as well as artists is not surprising for them . Often they are for them family members, neighbors , friends, parents or grandparents. Potters, blacksmiths, beekeepers , representatives of these professions can go into oblivion , as functioning as a relic of the past will not withstand the test of time . To this pessimistic vision did not meet the need to educate the next generation of continuing their work . This will not happen if they are not formulated a new innovative tool for adapting traditional products to the expectations of demanding market . Articles and works of craftsmen are known to the inhabitants of the village from which they often fulfill the role of a tourist attraction, exposed to the increasingly popular festivals, traditional arts and culture , organized in cooperation with local governments and non-governmental organizations , often funded by the European Union. All of these actions are necessary to preserve traditional values and should be pursued more intensively . Youth cooperating with " Polish Institute of Development" alarmed the fact that the traditional craft products do not exist in the minds of young people and thus have little chance of survival in such an attractive format and at a level to use for the next decade. For this reason, young people began to wonder together on innovative measures, which could usher in a fresh and unconventional promotion of traditional crafts handicrafts in close collaboration with artists from the province of Lublin .  Project activities will focus on young people in contact with representatives of the vanishing professions throughout the province of Lublin. Young people know their workshop will have the opportunity to meet and historical context in which the professions have evolved , eg why pottery traditions have evolved so much in the Lublin region / district of Porto where the village of Gondomar and not in another region. The fact that they decide to join the cooperative , will be proof of the fact that the ratio of older people to change the perception of the use and interpretation of their works is positive. It will also provide evidence that young people Took negotiation skills . The effect of this will be included in the final report , which will be recorded by a quantitative analysis of the number of people involved in the cooperative .
