"Hatch. Youth Exchange Project"It promotes individual and community development from engine youth who in a process of self-awareness, empowerment and strengthen feelings of local and European membership, will be able to reinvent their own lives group. The project consists of an international exchange that includes 32 young people and 4 monitors and Lithuania and Spain will be held in the Spanish town of Borox between 2 and July 9, 2016.The technique that we will use during the meeting and revitalization of the group will be to artistic creation, decorating and remodeling the space provided by the city hall of Borox to create a meeting place for young people. We will use a methodology of action-participation as a process through which people can express and show through painting "How we get old?", speaking of the slogan we propose about "Hatch". We do not pretend only giving a evolutive perspective. Not only it aims to provide an evolutionary perspective of the transition between adolescence and early adulthood, but note how the same process that affects everyone in our little corner of Borox and other small Polish town live. Moreover, this creation process seeks to empower young people in a shared workspace whose final product will be the result of a joint effort, finally reaching a significant place to be and belong. Reducing the stigma of passive young person without ambition, we will publish the results of the project (together with the friends of Poland) inviting all the people to attend the reopening of our youth meeting place. This initiative will accompany other activities to reinforce multilingualism, gastronomic cultural exchange, games, sports and so we intend to make, where to laugh, enjoy, understand, learn and reflect something unforgettable encounter. That is why we will not only bet on the (local and European) youth population but by the associations and even the families of local stakeholders as potential facilitators for new initiatives and strategic stakeholders. We will communicate to various people's organizations in organizing activities and broaden the perspective of the work to an international city, with a view to an effective and alternative community development. The program will be complemented by cultural activities, leisure and healthy sports that included a visit to Madrid and another in Toledo, along with an institutional meeting with representatives of local government and ongoing evaluation sessions and work on learning and the Youthpass made. The methodological framework of these workshops will be shared: experiences, lessons learned, evaluations, tastes, emotions, friendship ... participants will be responsible for carrying out the activities included in the program. They will take care that everyone is integrated and that the materials are ready for implementation of activity. The main task of the monitors will be monitoring the whole process and make the necessary changes to create a healthy atmosphere for young people. After the completion of this project, young people drawn Youthpass, including the conclusions and results of the final evaluation. To do so, they evaluate themselves, their attitudes, their participation and their ability to communicate in English. The long-term results expected from this project are much more motivated and encouraged young relation multilingualism; can improve young people's skills in decision making and self-esteem for themselves. Finally, we expect the project to make way for work new initiatives in the future with our new partners, such as strategic alliances or transnational initiatives and, of course, another exchange that gather this same group of boys and girls on the other hand, Poland.
