The project provides regional actors with the training required for participating in border area cooperation.An operative model is created for developing the expertise of different actors inLapland, Murmansk and Arkhangelsk. A seminar series entitled â€Russia Today†is arrangedduring the project, together with a training package for project planning. As a result of theproject, the involved organisations will plan up to some 10 projects for inclusion in the newneighbourhood programme. A Best Practises Case workbook is compiled during the project and2-3 study excursions arranged to Russia. In addition, a brief set of articles will be published onthe seminar series.
