They will be prepared to act on a psychological-cultural-linguistic ground. A supervisory committee will be in charge of monitoring the project and solving any problems. All the mobility actions, and cooperation with Italian education association - Laboratorio del Cittadino Onlus, are supposed to influence goals achievement. They also respond to previously diagnosed school's needs against professional burnout. The improvement of school quality, professional development, the variety of educational methods, the improvement of cooperation quality not only in our school but also on international level are also important. These actions will promote professional improvement abroad and they will promote the school locally.Within an approximetely two-year project which starts on 1st June 2016, 10 abroad mobilities will be organised. Participating in them will result in subject competence improvement and creativity. It will enhance teaching methods and variety of educational means. Those courses will aim at discovering and developing passions, getting familiar with new technologies, essential to modern teachers. The participants will have an opportunity to polish their foreign language and increase their motivation and satisfaction from everyday work. Other fundamental benefits are creating European citizenship and identity, improving the quality of international collaboration and experiencing new cultures. The skills acquired during abroad education will allow to create a more dynamic country school with its integrated staff appreciated by parents and local environment. The most significant results of our project are:* motivated, creative teacher/worker showing good quality of his/her work towards students and school* wider educational offer for students* making use of TIK in education* updating educational methods* the plan of school development enriched by new contents* mobile staff, open to multiculturalism* staff capable of sharing their experiences and ideas* a country school perceived as an attractive educational unit aiming at European standardsAll these results will be properly certified. The actions mentioned above are to minimize both burnout risk and routine among all the participants, especially those with long seniority. Throughout the whole project ''mid-term'' evaluation will be carried out thanks to telephone, mails, eTwinning platform communication. Apart from that, group leaders will be responsible for providing reports. The final evaluation is planned at the end of the project in the form of: interviews, questionnaires, self-assessment, evaluation forms and final report. We assume our project to be long-term bringing about numerous benefits. Knowledge and experience acquired during the project will be used by the participants in their future work. They will share this knowledge with their colleagues at school organising training sessions. We are also going to start cooperation with Italian school. Students will appreciate the teachers engaged in their work and those who have interesting proposals at their disposal.
