The realisation of the project: „Teacher's development – a gate of new possibilities for students” is a great chance to increase the level of teaching in ZSP 5 in Ruda Slaska through acquired experience and new abilities of six teachers.The market requires from a student – an employee in the future – abilities, experience, dealing with new technologies, knowing foreign languages, resourcefulness, awareness that development is a necessity. Teachers in our school are aware that our students should be equipped with these features. Teachers have qualifications in that aspect. However, in present technologically developed times, they often lose ideas how to pass their knowledge in such a way that will be interesting to our students. Our project will have a very important influence to make our school more international. Increasing our teachers' abilities especially in English language will ensure new contacts, new experience and realisation of new international projects. The command of English language, competencies, “teacher's development – a gate of new possibilities for students” will give them professional perspectives on European level.Topics of courses will be an answer to fulfil our school's urgent needs:1. an intensive English course in an English-speaking country 2. methodical courses:- modern methods of teaching foreign languages and technologies in a process of teaching- methods of solving conflicts- managing of an international school- new breeding methods Advantages of the project:- integration of our teaching staff in achieving common aims- reasserting a professional profile of our teachers- increasing the level of teaching in ZSP 5 in Ruda Slaska to gain European level- acquiring competitions of modern, interesting way of teaching- opening to new international contacts will improve sharing of knowledge- increasing the number of teachers who speak Englishrealisation of projects on educational platforms like eTwinning and moodlenew breeding methods
