We would like to enter two study fields into the projects: Business academy and Technical lyceum - real estate agent. Form the study field of Business academy 11 fourth-year students will participate in the three-week long mobility, while from the field of Technical lyceum-real estate agent also 11 fourth-year students will travel also for three weeks. Both study fields travel to Austria, to Vienna. We set the time of the mobility in October/November 2015. The aims of the project for the study field Technical lyceum - real estate agent concentrate on the process of acquiring practical skills and on the process of learning about selling, buying and renting properties in a real working environment, and they also concentrate on the linguistic aspect in order to improve the communicating skills of the students in English and in German, and to extend the professional vocabulary of the students in these languages. Students of the study field Business academy should also improve their vocabulary in the field of economics and marketing. Another aim of the project is to extend and improve the practical skills in the field of economics, marketing and HR. The students concentrates on the international cooperation in firms, where English and German are used on everyday basis. We would like to improve the communicating skills of our students within their profession. The students of vocational schools who finish their study years show a low level of linguistic competence, which is a disadvantage on the job market. Globalization and international societies require people with excellent language competence not only in everyday situations but on a professional level as well. Students gain professional practical experience in the field of real estate, and in the field of economics, bookkeeping and taxing. a/ The mobility of students of the the study field Business academy would like concentrate on the improvement of professional competence within the field of economics, marketing and HR. We expect from this project: -to extend and to improve the practical skills in general and in business correspondence -to practice the preparation, realization and finalizing of business meetings -to learn about the agenda of marketing (e.g. marketing research, the preparation of questionnaires, gathering data for the research, activities of the marketing personnel) -to learn about the agenda of HR (e.g. the preparation of contracts, the system of remuneration, processing attendance, the preparation of wage receipts) - to improve the communicating skills of the students in English and in German -to learn about the culture of Austria and Vienna b/ The study field of Technical lyceum - real estate agent prepares students to sell, buy and rent propertiem their vopcational subjects also concentrate on selected aspects of architecture and economics. We expect from this project: - to improve the professional vocabulary of the students which is connected to the profession of the real estate agent -to extend and to improve the practical skills of the students in the process of property inspection and preparation of photo documentation - to practice property inspection and property viewing with potential buyers - to learn about the selling, buying and renting process of properties (dealing with administration, making offers, meeting connected to selling, etc.) - to improve the communicating skills of the students in English and in German -to learn about the culture of Austria and Vienna
