The project ''RHYTHM'' aimed to increase awareness on the topic of healthy lifestyle. More specifically we intented to assist youngsters through Non Formal Learning reaching more healthy living. The main idea was to enhance their participation and collaboration in the field of healthy lifestyle, sports , physical activity ,workshops by cooking in accordance to social inclusion practices through indoor and outdoor activities, visits,debates and creative practices. We will assist them to acquire self directed learning and other competences in order to improve their daily habits and support the development and the improvement of personal skills.This way, youngsters came closer to everyday issues of more healthy livingin a healthy inclusive society. In the context of the RHYTHM project we intend to address to 3 Topics :1. Nutrition: basic rules for healthy eating;2. Social and cultural Inclusion: How practices of social inclusion can assist on enrolling more youngsters into physical activity and have them be aware in a positive way about balanced diet.3. Education through sport - achieving common understanding and definition of education through sport in inclusive settings, understanding the benefits of using sport as an educational and social inclusion tool, development of educational exercises based on sport;The overall objective of the RHYTHM project is :- To increase awareness of the young people and youth leaders on the importance of healthy lifestyle through out door and nutrition ,promoting social inclusion using NFL as social inclusion tools for combating health related risks;The specific objectives of the project are:1.To promote outdoor and indoor activities as a method of improving lifestyle among 40 participants (32 young people aged 18-30 and 8 leaders) in 7 participating countries2. To promote outdoor and indoor activities as a method of social inclusion among 40 participants(32 young people aged 18-30 and 8 leaders) in 7 participating countries3. To exchange of good practices and experiences between 40 participants( 32 young people aged 18-30 and 8 leaders) from 7 participating countries ,related to prevention of diseases caused by lack of exercise and poor eating habits4 .To develop for 40 participants( 32 young people aged 18-30 and 8 leaders) from 7 participating countries ,cultural and social competencies;40 participants from 7 countries, both of youth and youth leaders, will be actively involved in each of the three project phases, as follows:During the preparation phase will participate in the project preparation visit will communicate with partner groups and will divide tasks among themselves; prepare promotional materials and information, will buy materials for local community activities and inform future activities related. In the implementation and evaluation phases the participants will be actively involved in each day of non-formal learning, energizing games,reflection groups ,they will organize and implement each activity based on assumed roles. They will work in pairs and groups of mutual support in order to be safe and protected, to learn every minute joint action, all this in a relaxing and constructive learning environment. The long term impact of the project will be that between project participants and between the project promoters will definitely establish relations of friendship and cooperation which will lead to the birth of new projects and exchange of ideas that will lead to new youth exchanges and even mutual exchanges between young people from countries participating in the project and other co-opted countries, something which ultimately will benefit the whole society.The project will give as well the possibility to popularize ERASMUS+ program and involved partner organizations. The youth and youth leaders will get more information about the methods of non-formal education and organizations, which are organizing the international projects, to give the possibility to every person to widen their horizons, to explore the cultures of European countries to be more involved in the cultural life of Europe.During the project activities the youth will have an opportunity to get know different European countries:culture, foods,traditions,european healthy lifestyle; The period of youth exchange will be between 11-17 July 2016,and the host organization will be EUROEDUAS from Romania;
