International youth meeting about music and artistic creation isproposing to gather 35 young adults, aged 18-30 years, from seven different countris, and their groups leaders, to meet and share Practical music and artistic creation, in connection with the Festival "Printemps de Bourges 2017". The "Printemps de Bourges" festival is a music festival where the most famous artists meet young musical talent. This festival will be a support to discover music ans to reflect on cultural consumption. Ceméa claim the need for artistic and cultural education for everyone, which is not intended to "consume better" but rather to provide the keys to understand the musical and artistic environment and levers to be more conscious actors in the prospect of improved access to assets and cultural and artistic spaces.These meeting will be held at Bourges in région Centre, from 10 to 16 April 2017. It is adresses to young adults, interested in music and art practices, musicians or not. They are organized in partnership with organizations from Italy, Greece, Poland, Germany, Spain and Turkey, all working in the field of non-formal education.The objectives of these meetings are:    1. Enable youth to live an intercultural meeting experience and open to other cultures through music    2. Educate youth to artistic creation, particularly in the actual music    3. Promote the active participation of young people and their creative abilities    4. Allow to consolidate and extend non-formal education networks of associations and to consider new projects including the development of youth projects in a context of exchange.These meetings will be structured around workshops cultural practices, attendance works through access to the Festival concerts, artists dating, producers, programmers contemporary music.Time for exchange and reflection will allow to share these practices, these meetings, these discoveries and express themselves on the experience of the group. These meetings will also be an opportunity to discover the architectural and artistic heritage of the city of Bourges and act as an intercultural meeting space.This project is for youth participation, mutual understanding between young people from different countries, of active European citizenship of young people, cooperation between youth organizations, and for the recognition of non-formal education as a space education.
