Accueillir 3 volontaires d’Allemagne, de Pologne et d'Italie dans les organisations de Redon (France) telles que l'ADAPEI 35/CHRP, le Musée de la batellerie et la MAPAR permettra d’impliquer de jeunes volontaires dans des projets tournés vers différents publics de la communauté locale. Des liens seront développés entre ces organisations d’accueil, au bénéfice de tous les acteurs : les volontaires rencontreront plus de gens et des projets différents sur la ville, ils apporteront par leur présence une valeur ajoutée aux missions de leurs organisations d’accueil et donneront la possibilité aux publics de ces structures de rencontrer d’autres publics – ce qui nous semble très important, en particulier pour les populations avec moins d’opportunités comme les personnes handicapés de l'ADAPEI 35 et les jeunes avec moins d'opportunités de la MAPAR. Pour les publics du Musée de la batellerie accueillir un volontaire veut aussi dire une ouverture sur l’Europe, et la concrétisation des valeurs de tolérance envers les autres. Comme Redon est une petite ville en territoire à dominante rurale, la communauté locale n’a pas toujours l’opportunité de rencontrer beaucoup d’étrangers, et la présence des volontaires contribue au développement de la conscience européenne sur le territoire du Pays de Redon et de Vilaine. Dans nos projets d’accueil, nous essaierons de mettre en place au maximum une pédagogie de la participation auprès de nos volontaires : de faire en sorte qu’ils mènent des projets de façon autonome (avec notre soutien), qu’ils prennent des initiatives, et de favoriser leur engagement citoyen. Nous essayons au maximum de varier les nationalités des volontaires accueillis, afin de créer une réelle diversité culturelle. Enfin, nous essayons de faire évoluer notre travail d’accompagnement des volontaires afin qu’ils parviennent à trouver une véritable place de « valeur ajoutée » au projet de chaque structure, et sur le territoire redonnais, en apportant à la communauté locale leurs savoirs-faire, en ajoutant de la mixité entre nos structures d'accueil par un projet collectif entre les volontaires et en développant leurs propres apprentissages. Hosting three volunteers from Germany, Poland and Italy in these organisations of Redon (France) : The ADAPEI 35/CHRP, Museum of shipbuilding of the West and the MAPAR will permit to involve young european in projects towards various people of the local community, to create links between these hosting organisations for the benefit of all the actors : the volunteers will meet more people and different projects in the town, they will bring an added value to the missions of their hosting organisations and give the opportunity to the publics of these organisations to mix with other publics. This is especially important for people with less opportunities like the handicapped people from the ADAPEI and for the youth with less opportunities from the MAPAR. For the publics of the Museum of shipbuilding of the West, hosting a volunteer means an opening onto Europe and bringing the value of tolerance towards the others. As Redon is a small town in a rural area, the local community doesn’t have the opportunity to meet many foreign people with such a diversity of origins and cultures, and the presence of volunteers helps to develop the european awareness in the “Pays de Redon et de Vilaine”. In our hosting projects, we will try to use as much as possible a pedagogy of participation with the volunteers : to give them the opportunity to manage their own projects on an autonomous way (with our support), to make so that they take initiatives, to develop their citizen awareness. We will try as much as we can to mix the nationalities and the genders we are hosting, to create a real cultural diversity. Finally, we are trying to make improvements every year in our pedagogical way to support the volunteers, so that the can find their place and bring a real « added value » into our community and to the project of each organisation, with their own skills, through tthe mixity of the publics of our hosting organizations via a collective project run by the volunteers together, and in order to develop their competences in general.
