The successful INTERREG IIIa Sustainable Eco-enterprise Programme 2004-6 has identified significant opportunities for growth in the sector, but there are major barriers to be overcome if this full potential is to be realised.The second phase of the programme aims to realise this growth potential through:* Supply chain development: direct focussed support for those sub-sectors with the greatest growth potential as identified in the current programme* Promotion and skills: raising the profile of the sector, providing it will the necessary skills and information * Network development: realising cross-sector and cross-border collaborative opportunities
