The ?Real eyes realize real arts? alternative theatrical project is a 10 days long workshop in Hungary. The Hungarian Special Arts Workshop Association and it?s European partnerorganisations work to implement such a process aimed to nurturing the creation and innovative work, the procreative activities, and to empowering artists to develop bold new works, while creating a lasting and positive impact on disabled communities. Our team is a Murphy?s Law-resistant multikulti family; our artists are complementary but different and often versatile.
40 disabled people and their helpers would be involved in the project lead by qualified artists.
Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program the project will contribute the self-development by non-formal educational methods, help the participants to express themselves, and strenghten their feeling to belong to somewhere. For the foregin youth creates opportinity to meet each other, the know-how, and working with such a team that has an aligned mission.
The exercises will help the participants of the project to learn interpersonal and cultural similarities and differeces. The alternative technics help them expressing without words, but use only their gestures, mimicries, dance and motions. They get to know the different theatrcial technics, and learn to use them in practice. They get insight the basis of contemporary dances, limon and contact technics will be build in the performance.
The aimed effect of the project is deepening the professional connections via shared working process and expanding international visibility. We wish to keep a persistent connection and professional cooperation with our jet existing organizations besides finding new partners and involving them in our work. Our plans include the continuing of the youth exchange program, by generating new projects home and abroad, in partner countries, which we wish to establish by adding new branches of art, new techniques and involving groups of new nationalities.
The Real eyez realize real Arts aimed to mobilise the public in favour of a tolerant society based on the equal dignity of all its members. The disabled participants play an important role in promoting the messages of the campaign.
