The project comes from the need to professionalize the work of youth workers active in youth structures born from the recovery of public spaces abandoned by introducing the European dimension in their work and the sharing of good practices. The project aims to create a network of organizations working in public spaces stimulating them to participate in international mobility projects . "Re-Generation" also aims to give opportunities to youth groups already active at the local level, to experience practice, other than those activated in their own country, through participation in training courses at the local leve and in international activity in which to compare with peers and start common projects.The project includes two project meetings between partners (kick-off and evaluation, to be held respectively in Italy and Poland); a training course for youth leaders to which will attend 12 youth workers and 4 national coordinators; a series of four educational mobility of youth workers at youth facilities in the 4 partner countries; local activities with young people to ensure the multiplier effect and a blended mobility that will involve 24 young participants (the same onvolved in local actions, 2 per country), 3 youth workers and a coordinator for each country.The project involves youth workers and young people from four participating countries (Italy, France, Spain and Poland) in order to allow them to know the reality of the partner countries and to initiate a process of integration between the youth policies in the framework of Erasmus + and the variety of youth groups active in public spaces abandoned and returned to the community for creative use and combination.Through the mobility of youth workers and blended mobility, thanks to the meeting between the various stakeholders, the project aims to increase the volume of mobility, the level of active participation of young people, the revitalization of the community from re-use of abandoned spaces.The project will have a total duration of 18 months and will use methods of non-formal.The project will produce a website with an interactive map of public spaces youth in 4 countries and a manual of good practices.
