РАЗВИТИЕ НА МАРКЕТИНГОВИ УМЕНИЯ В ИНТЕРНАЦИОНАЛНА СРЕДА

The project "Development of marketing skills in an international environment" is implemented in partnership between National finance and business school (Sofia, Bulgaria) and Global Skills Network (Barcelona, Spain). The main goals of the partnership are: 1. Improved users’ skills for planning and conducting a market research in a foreign market, taking into account the specifics of working in foreign markets and in international environment. 2. Developing skills for elaboration of marketing strategy for foreign markets and marketing communication with international customers. 3. Improving the skills of students to cope in a multicultural environment and to adapt to the peculiarities of foreign markets and the requirements of the European business through practice in a real business environment and implementation of specific tasks from the daily work of companies. 4. Improving the skills of users to work with modern software for implementing marketing activities and to effectively use social media for marketing purposes. 5. Improving and expanding the language competences of users, their knowledge of foreign cultures, business communication and labor organization in other countries, building intercultural competencies. Participants in mobility will be 40 students in stage of initial vocational education, aged 16-19 years studying in National finance and business school in the specialty "Economics and Management". Users will be accompanied by two teachers. Mobility will take place in Barcelona and has a duration of 4 weeks (20 working days). Participants will be divided into two mobility streams, respectively in July and August 2016. The practice consists of 3 modules. The first two are in a simulated work environment and are aimed at acquiring skills for market research and positioning on a foreign market, and the third module lasting two weeks is practice in companies. Before the mobility period participants will pass a preliminary preparation in Spanish language, a course in business English, thematic training for work with specialized software and cultural preparation. As a result of mobility in Spain participants will build upon their professional preparation, as they will gain skills to use modern methods of market research and analysis, real experience in each stage of the process of realization of market research and market analysis in a foreign country, the ability to identify and analyzing the factors that influence the foreign market, positioning skills in a foreign market, skills to understand the specific segments and target groups in an international environment and to develop a strategic marketing plan to communicate with the target group, learning to work with specific software for marketing purposes Photoshop and Indesign and to effectively implement social media marketing. Participants will improve their knowledge of foreign heritage, their business communication skills in an international environment and intercultural competences. Participants will be certified by issuing a Europass mobility document, certificates for the carried out practice, references from companies and certificate from National finance and business school. The project impact and long-term benefits from its realization are expressed in strengthening the capacity of National finance and business school for international cooperation, improving the quality of education in marketing, updating the study curricula in practice "Economics and Management" and developing new practical assignments based on the training materials used in the mobility, as well as in developing new methods of teaching.
