Raising Strengths for Future Projects Together - Partnership Building Activity - is a Youth Workers meeting focused on developing new Partnerships between European organizations. This meeting will be attended by 14 Youth Workers coming from 7 European countries - Portugal, Spain, Slovenia, Italy, Greece, Poland, and Netherlands - and will take place in the West Zone of Portugal, Foz do Arelho, Municipality of Caldas da Rainha from 16th to 22nd November 2015.
The main objectives of this activity are to build a solid network of international partners who share same values and missions, improve skills related to professional profiles of youth workers, trigger changes in favor of modernization within organizations working in the field of Youth, empower organizations to develop a Professional Network at international level.
The achievement of the objectives will help to develop a broader understanding of the practices, policies and systems in the fields of education and training within the objectives of the Erasmus + Program and lead to the development of international activities - increasing the number of opportunities for youngsters with whom the different partners work, in their countries of origin.
Participatory methodologies such as Non-Formal Education, Peer Learning and Learning by Doing will be used through Debates, Trainings, Roundtables, Working Tables, Group Dynamics and Dynamic Evaluation. The knowledge and experience of the participants and their organizations will be enhanced as a valuable contribution to the development of the project which will be jointly created during the Activity and run for the next phase of the Erasmus + Program Application.
The expected results and impacts for Raising Together are the Development of Good Networking Practices between the participating organizations and the launch of an E-book about this topic. The results will be disseminated at local, regional and international levels through the media of CoopCASA and the Partner Organizations - as well as in the public media and other communication platforms related to the subject.
We believe that building an international network of partner organizations will greatly increase the capacity of the involved organizations to implementing Mobility Activities for local youngsters, encouraging youth development and the implementation of European-oriented activities in rural areas.
