All we need is love! How I choose to love and with whom I want to spend all my life-time it is my decision that everybody should respect. There is no rainbow without a little rain, and after the rain it is my right to be accepted and to be happy. It is your time to support the LGBTI community and fight together with them to break the prejudices and help young people to be tolerant.Rainbow of Tolerance is multi-measure project that aims to foster the cooperation between 6 NGO's, from different countries to find ways how to promote tolerance for LGBTI in their local communities.ACTIVITIES: During the project we develop 2 youth exchanges that will be prepared together with the group leaders in Advance Planning Visits, and one seminar for youth workers during which we will find ways and define a strategy on how to foster tolerance between young people towards LGBTI communities in Europe.- 2 APVs (1 leader per country each), - 2 youth exchanges (5+1pax per partner each), - 1 seminar for youth workers and group leaders leaders (4 pax per partner)OBJECTIVES:-raise the awareness related with the situation of LGBTI communities 6 different countries,-develop the cooperation and strategies how to promote LGBTI tolerance in 6 different countries,-earn more knowledge regarding discrimination, prejudice, stereotypes of LGBTI community,-promoting an inclusive approach of the LGBTI to youth and youth workers,-finding ways how to promote tolerance and inclusion of LGBTI communities,-promote tolerance and understanding between the youth and youth workers that will take part in the project;-promote non-formal education and intercultural learning as a way to achieve tolerance for LGBTI communities in 6 different countries,-developing skills on creating workshops, videos, presentations and informational campaign for promoting tolerance for LGBTI.METHODS:All the methods used in the activities of the multi-measure project will be based on non-formal education methodology.The results of the activities will consist mainly of different videos, on-line and off-line campaigns, events organized in Prague and Rotterdam, facilitated public presentation to promote the tolerance for LGBTI and also a strategy how to promote LGBTI tolerance developed together with the partner organization. During the youth exchange we will create different materials and a flashmob that the participants will promote via social media. During the seminar together with youth workers from the partner organisations we will develop a strategy how to promote LGBTI tolerance in our local communities in Europe.
