Ruckenwind on the field - TC for preparation of network of partners and specialists for social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities on local levelThis training seminar will provide an approach for communicational strategy and relationship of cooperation between key structures (social services, NGO's, NA, municipalities) on local level for implementation of quality R?ckenwind projects. The aim is to introduce best way of developing and functioning of operational local network to ensure quality and standards in work with young people with fewer opportunities. Participating organisations will introduce theirs experience in implementing R?ckenwind projects and using "Youth in Action" Program for inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. The result of training will be preparation of youth workers from participating organisations who in the future will spread idea of R?ckenwind and will be able to use R?ckenwind projects as a tool for inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities.This training seminar will take place in Smolian for 7 days. It will use methods of Non-formal learning with active participation and involvement of all participants. The training will gather 41 participants from 7 countries - Austria, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Hungary, France and Bulgaria. From Bulgarian side representatives will be from NGO's, Social services, Local authorities, and NA.
