Job-shadowing will take place in Germany and help to observe best practice in ensuring safety and learning quality of DofE participants, organizing large scale training courses. In March international training courses for youth workers will be organized. During this training 12 youth workers will be trained as DofE supervisors and assessors, also this will set up a minimal standard in for Supervisor - Assessor training courses in the partner countries, agreement on national training courses for DofE participants will be made. This project will encourage further partnership between partner countries in organizing non-formal education outdoors , because trained supervisors and assessors will implement national training programmes based on the made agreements and assess DofE participants in international qualifying expedition in August, 2015.
