We are developing and participating in international youth activities for several years. This is the main reason why we want to go one step further in this project. We aim to improve significantly the quality of the projects that we develop and also we want to learn how to use quality asesment tools and strategies in our nonformal education activities (both at local and international level) . This project is a TRAINING COURSE for youth workers with previous experience in international youth activities and willing to improve the quality of their skills. This will be a training for multipliers in Erasmus+. There will be 22 participants, in the city of Valencia, hosted in our building, where we have both confort and a good working atmosphere in the city center of Valencia. The activities will be mainly training sessions in small groups and plenary sharing activities. We will use group dynamics based on first person experiencing and the good practices of the participants. We will pay special attention to the quality of projects of mobility of youth workers (seminars, training and study visits), as they are the most suitable for our organisation. We hope that this project will produce a significant increase in the amount of projects applied to the Erasmus+ deadlines and also an increase of the approved ones (due to the good quality). We expect that the network of partners will grow stronger and long lasting. It will be a nice challenge.
