National OSH policies are hardly implemented particularly in SMEs in the craft in practice. There is a lack of targeted training of employees. Especially the occupational health and safety is not actively involved in consciousness. This problem considering objectives have been developed that are implemented in the project: the focus is the transfer of the qualification concept for an affordable, network-oriented, safety, occupational health, and above all quite safe care of craft sure. Moreover, it is necessary to spread the idea of ​​European labor policy in micro-enterprises. Consequently, it was an EU-wide qualification profile of pool care with a focus on participatory methods and the implementation of occupational health and safety are created in micro-enterprises, as an active exchange between the national project partners took place. Especially in the German area a qualification in the trade order is sought.
