"Promoting healthy behaviours in France and in Africa" is a long term EVS project involving 7 organisations in 4 different countries. Four volunteers from Togo, Kenya and Uganda will come to various areas of France for 7 months while six French volunteers will implement their activities in these african countries for 6 months. The main objective of our project is to raise the volunteers' awareness and mobilization around health and healthy behaviours and to encourage the development of healthy behaviours . In turn the volunteers will participate and implement various activities such as workshops, outdoor activities, gardening ..in order to raise local communities awareness and mobilization. Through the use of informal and non formal methodology they will act as multipliers and promote healthy behaviors as well as empower local communities to take a stand against risky behaviours.
