Cutting the cloth to fit textile workers' needs : The project builds on the acqusitions of other projects and on the basis of an appraisal of industrial excellence in the textile sector. In doing so, it has developed a methodology for the use of stakeholders in the sector as they strive to attain industrial excellence. This project started in 2001 and lasted 39 months.
