The project PROJEKT DLAN (PLAN) aims at developing educational and training package in order to facilitate the social inclusion and integration of vulnerable and excluded people and improve their quality of life. The VET package will include a training program for trainers/teachers in order to satisfy the needs of training of, as many as possible, invalids and long-term unemployed people and a vocational and employment program in the field of old crafts, traditional building and ecological farming. It is expected that trainers/teachers will be able to use new training methods and that invalids will have major possibilities to participate to training programs. Expected results are: certified and international training programs for invalids; certified and internationally-acknowledgement training programs for trainers/teachers as performers of supportive services. The partnership will exchange experiences and good practices for this purpose. Products will be handbooks for the training of invalid and teachers/trainers, specific training methods as psychosocial methods, methods for solving conflicts and personality impediments, video clips of pilot trainings. The valorisation and dissemination of the programmes will be developed at national by each partner’s country by mobilising their own network and at international level by an evaluation committee consisting of representatives of contract partners and representatives of supporting organisations. Target groups are represented by teachers/trainers; invalid because of accident, illness, troubles on personal area; long term unemployed.
