Start date: Jun 1, 2016, End date: May 31, 2018 PROJECT  FINISHED

Our application for an Erasmus+ mobility contract is based on the willingness of our centre toprovide one of the richest professional educations to our students, in order for them to have thebest possible opportunities of access to employment. Our project aims to expand the scope ofwork experience by health and gestion administration sector students with the access to working life inanother European country (Spain in this case). Therefore, the aims of this work placement are many: to help the future health and gestion administration professionals tobecome independent, confident (both personally and professionally), open-minded and moreversatile. Results can be measured in the classroom first, since our students often come backmore skilled in their foreign language after work placements abroad, and __ clearly moreindependent after placements in France. These students, already motivated by their professional project, would like to improve theirpractice of the everyday Spanish language from contact with patients and the staff of a company. These trainees are lookingfor everyday real situations. The needs of our students are not restricted to language practice, even if it is at the core of theirprofession. They also concern the discovery of different work methods carried out in Spain inorder to enrich their own practice. We would like to prepare a 24-month Erasmus+ project in order to create two groups ofparticipants. Indeed, two classes of health and gestion administration , one of Terminale students(Upper Sixth) and the other of 1ère de BAC students (Lower Sixth) are concerned by the project. We would like to enroll 8 students for the first work placement during the 2016/ 2017 schoolyear and then 7 students for the 2017/ 2018 sc2hool year in Xativa and Alicante, in the AutonomousCommunity of Valence (Spain). Our project features a two-stage mobility. First, an exchange project that will already take placein april- may 2016, with the reception in L'Arbresle, of health and gestion administration students spanish of Xativa and Alicante. These students will be incorporatedinto our centre's programmes for a week, with the setting up of an adapted to French teaching;and then, the students will be a placement at company for three weeks.Afterwards, the second exchange will have the same conditions, with the reception of LycéeBarthélémy Thimonnier health and gestion administration students during the 2016/ 2017 and 2017/ 2018school years in Xativa et Alicante. The reception centres will be the La maison de retraite Nova Edad, l'hôpital Luis Alcanyis à Xativa, ARC EUROBANAN SI, AEA ABOGADOS- Lawyers S and AC HOTEL ALICANTE.Regarding the management of the project, a work group has been established in order to run it.This group is composed of the Lycée management staff, the Spanish teacher and the teacher incharge of the health and gestion administration sector and it will regularly meet until the project's closure. The expected effects of this project are:⁃ To increase and improve the work technique, ___ language competence and our student'sintegration into working life.⁃ To increase our centre's prestige in the eyes of local and regional companies.⁃ To improve relations with the collaborators of the project.⁃ To increase teachers and students' cultural knowledge about the chosen country i.e.Spain.
