The Regional Centre for Innovation and Training (CRIF) ?Las Acacias? is a public sector body for in-service teacher training dependent on the Regional Board of Education, Youth and Sport of the Community of Madrid. Among other activities, such as courses and seminars, our training activities annually include temporary internships in companies within our Autonomous Community. With the inclusion of the Erasmus Project we intended to adapt our regional model of training in enterprisesand transfer it to European level. The main aim of this Erasmus Project was that the selected teachers could carry out training practices in an innovative company of their professional sectors, all of them located in a European country. Our objectives were: a. To integrate teachers in a real productive activity. b. To update teacher training through knowledge and experience in such a way that teachers could lessen their training new needs derived from the continuing transformation of the processes and technologies in industries and services. The project consisted in integrating 14 vocational training teachers in companies of their sectors in different countries for a week during the month of July 2015 and during working hours, covering 30 hours. Teachers had to carry out the activities agreed on with each program host, described below. Countries and professional sectors targeted in this project were: a- Germany: 1 mobility grant for teachers of Electricity and Electronics. b- Austria 4 mobility grants for teachers of Hotel Management and Tourism. c- France 2 mobility grants for teachers of Health Care. d- Italy 1 mobility grant for teachers of Administration and Management. 2 mobility grants for teachers of Image and Sound. 2 mobility grants for teachers of Computer Sciences and Communications Technology 2 mobility grants for teachers of Health Care. All these families offer degrees of Intermediate Vocational Training and Initial Professional Qualification programs, and the selected participants belonges to this educational level. The final result after the participation meant the scientific, technological and cultural updating of teachers to be applied in their classes, as well as the dissemination among other colleagues of methods and experiences acquired in the temporary internship.
