In order to improve the above-mentioned specialties students practical skills to create tools and methods best responding to the needs of students . Practice a foreign company - a way to improve not only professional, but also the core competencies and to develop students' autonomy , responsibility, citizenship skills . Often offers a variety of traveling abroad opportunities from the outside, that does not provide high-quality specialist qualifications, and especially the general competency building, a young man of citizenship as the development of human values ​​, especially a young person does not guarantee safety . The design and long-term cooperation with the host organizations result , cleansing cosmetic cosmetics, hairdresser and car repairer specialties eight students create the right conditions for the development of practical skills , qualified practice areas , taking over the experience of competent professionals working in the latest teaching aids , the most productive working methods. Every year more new emerging requirements for employment and training , development of innovative teaching methods that encourage the expansion of horizons and improve existing skills and vocational training. The project aims to improve the four cosmetics, hairdresser, car repairer specialties of vocational teachers not only their professional competence, but also the individual's needs , satisfying curiosity learning and development opportunities . In this project, participants accurately assess the mobility of their existing professional, linguistic, psychological knowledge and skill level of individual provisions of the trade , the importance of basic skills , establish new contacts , improving and enriching personal and professional experience in assessing the EU requirements for professional specialist , thereby and improving their competencies , knowledge and skills in caring for her as a competitive, future prospects , equivalent to a specialist career . Sharing the previous Leonardo da Vinci mobility projects, experience suggests that international cooperation is developed thanks to the human sense of citizenship , schooled in communication and collaboration , linguistic communication , the use of IT skills for vocational teachers not only feel stronger educational institution, but also to respond to a variety of learning pupils needs to stay competitive and keep their professional fields.
