'ProEthics' aimed at improving the quality of the professional education in companies and training institutions by means of a value management system. Teaching innovative value systems in a dialogue between companies and apprentices is becoming more and more important facing pressing issues such as corruption, using company property, and in the future also the possibilities of neuro-enhancement. Measures for quality assurance in professional education have been linked at the company level, the national, and the European level with the appropriate instruments of value management. Suitable instruments (consisting of 1. ProEthics management training, 2. ProEthics exhibition including trainer instructions, 3. ProEthics Media tool box Value Dialogue, 4. Certification strategy) have been developed when the requirements of the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework (EQARF), the professional education systems, quality management systems at the professional education institutions, and the issues important to companies and apprentices - also on European level - have been thoroughly considered and matched.
