The project „Through music and dance to intercultural and artistic training” ,whose beneficiary is the National College of Arts „Regina Maria” Constanta, was addressed to the students of the 10th,11th and 12th grades with vocational artistic profile ,music and choreography specialization. The purpose of this project was to promote the adaptability and the flexibility of the initial professional artistic training to the present day requirements of the entertainment consumers, with the preservation and outlining of what is valuable and qualitative, with the purpose of facilitating the insertion of the young musicians and dancers on the work market. Therefore the necessity of designing a training frame which can respond to the specific needs of the artistic vocational training: the development of practical activities in specific cultural institutions, collaboration with musicians and choreographers, specialists in artistic performance, musical-choreography creation, the development of the innovative and creative spirit, the exchange of opinion and transfer of information, the creation of special direct connections with the European work market.By placing, within the Spanish receiving organization, of the Romanian students, they have practically and operationally observed how the European cultural institutions work and have developed their capacity of elaborating and implementing a project of working in a co-operative and flexible way, of initiating and positively responding to change, the ability to assess and assume risks in various situations, therefore acquiring information in the domain of show business. The target group was composed of 32 students of the National College of Arts „Regina Maria” Constanta from the 10th,11th and 12th grades: 20 students from the music section and 12 students from the choreography section. They were selected following a public selection process based on the principles of transparency, equality of chances and avoiding any conflict of interests. The partnership of the project was constituted of the National College of Arts “Regina Maria” Constanta, as the sending organization, and the receiving organizations Banda Municipal de Musica, El Real Conservatorio Superior de Musica “Victoria Eugenia” and Association Grupo Motor Granada, as well as the intermediary organization MEP Europrojects Granada. Project objectives: O1.The development of professional competencies of the young performing artists(musicians and dancers)by acquiring new innovative methods in creating and performing the artistic event, for a better adjustment to the actual requirements of the show industry and an easy integration on the work market. O2.The acquisition of practical knowledge and abilities necessary in the process of conception and promotion of the cultural events in the artistic domain, as a development premise of the independent initiatives in the show business O3. The development of partnerships /collaborations between artists /cultural institutions from Romania and Spain. The main activities of the project were: -forming the project team -renewing the partnership agreement -contracting -participants selection -training section: participants’ training sessions, elaborating the training material and schedules, agreement, practical arrangements -mobility development: 2 fluxes, 14.03.2016-25.03.2016 and 25.04.2016-06.05.2016 The following learning information and objectives have been achieved: For the music section: 1. Specific language elements: choral and orchestra scores 2. Musical language elements: perfecting and adapting pre-classic/classic works by means of using computer programs 3. Collaboration with the purpose of ensuring success, the awareness of the individual contribution to the collective artistic performance, satisfaction of the own achievements-notions about concert organization and live performance. For the choreography section: 1. Operating with specific dance language elements in approaching artistic creation 2. Creative performance while using specific dance language Validation, recognition and knowledge transfer is done through evaluation colloquiums. The 20 young musicians have learned specific information ,skills and abilities of using and integrating special computer programs in their training-Sibelius (writing music scores),also learning how to use specific means of advertising concerts and how to technically and artistically prepare a concert. The 12 young dancers have developed their physical abilities; they have upgraded their artistic abilities to express emotions, their concentration abilities and their distributive attention, essentially, their entire choreographic approach though creating and performing a final show in collaboration with foreign musicians. For now, there has been achieved a new approaching method of the specific artistic training, which can be successfully exemplified through new applications for further mobility projects.
