SOU "Vasil Levski" aims at providing opportunities for acquisition of modern general education and professional competencies of their students. This creates the need for implementation of modern international participation in training courses, contributing to the implementation of more effective training. The necessity of the project "Overcoming the challenges facing teachers in the small region" is derived from the strategy of the school "Vasil Levski". Necessary to improve the following areas: the inclusion of children from different cultural backgrounds in education, development of teachers and students in ICT skills and improve the quality of education.The team working on the project consists of motivated teachers to participate in project activities having innovative experiences and willing to share it with their colleagues.1. Language teacher with experience in developing projects euros; experience in teaching foreign languages; at work using information technology, multimedia and innovative methods.2. Teacher of economic subjects with experience in developing and participating in projects.3. Teacher of information technology, programming, computer architectures, using innovative teaching methods, with experience in developing and participating in projects.4. Administrative staff - an employee with knowledge and skills to work with school documentation and management skills with experience in developing and participating in projects.The main priority for us is to offer quality training for students aimed at their professional qualifications, using information technology, programming language and modern, innovative methods and technologies.The aim of the project is to enable school staff to enhance their professional qualifications to improve the learning process, integrating the skills acquired through mobility and expand the opportunities for European cooperation to modernize and internationalize the curriculum.Will be sent four teachers to check their competences in another environment, another educational system proved its effectiveness, to exchange experience with colleagues, to be able to contribute to the improvement, upgrading of training in school.Our needs are acquainted with the new technological tools and their application in education, improving skills related to the teaching profession; broader understanding of innovative practices in education and training systems in different countries; better understanding and tolerance towards social, cultural and linguistic diversity.The methodology of the project is constructed so that in all phases of the project participants will focus on the goals and to apply their knowledge in their work, enabling positive changes in the organization of the school: innovation in curriculum, methodology and ICT. In the preparation stage, the participants emphasized cooperation with other colleagues abroad and develop their skills in ICT. During the courses, participants will focus on the target competencies, knowledge and skills, and follow-up will be adaptation, implementation, improvement and dissemination of good practices.Expected project results: Participants will acquire and improve not only general educational skills, but also learn different teaching methodologies to improve the educational process, will develop their computer skills will get wider and comprehensive understanding of the educational programs in the European context will acquire knowledge and ability to plan and execute international projects, improved communication skills and co-operation with international partners, and improve their foreign language skills.Long-term effects and benefits: It is expected that the four teachers, including and school management will have a significant impact on the experience of all employees - use of new methods, change the learning environment - will significantly improve the quality of education in our school.Will be organized:- Open lessons with a presentation by teachers to show their knowledge and skills, pridobiditi learning.- Thematic pedagogical Council, to be familiar with the pedagogical team achievements in the educational process of training countries and the EU.- Seminarsi with teachers from other schools, aiming to demonstrate the use of innovative teaching methods and the use of digital technologies in the learning process.- Will be completed questionnaires about the quality of education for every stage of the project by our participants and methodical associations.- Finished products of our project - presentation, posters, leaflets. The presentation and project information will be uploaded to the school website.
