The participants of the project are vocational teachers, the administration staff and employees and long experience in organizing, implementing and / or evaluating engineering industry professionals.Participants in the project:Vilnius Vocational Education and Training Centre of Technology and Business - 8;Alytus Vocational Education and Training Centre - 2;Svydis Lietuva – 2;Klaipeda Service and Business School - 2;Vilnius car mechanics, and business school - 1;Public Institution Vilnius Jeruzalem Labour Market Training Centre - 1.Objectives of the project:1. Allowing teachers and managing staff in meeting European standards, knowledge of metal products in the field of painting through European practice;2. Improve project participants metal painting skills;3. Access to metal painters of organizing training programs, forms (apprenticeship, learning in the workplace) and acquired a competence assessment and recognition;4. Reach out for opportunities to perform for students, graduates practices abroad.Project participants will examine the German and Spanish employers' requirements for metal products for painters, painting services become familiar with the system and its management, consider painting the field of vocational education and training process, utilizing the latest technologies, identify existing equipment as well as the theoretical and practical training base for making the most of all interested parties (other schools, companies) , employer participation of young professionals in training and competency assessment.
