Mobility project "Abroad practices chance for professional success" is about abroad stay for 48 people (OHP participants from the Opole voivodeship) at the stage of initial vocational training in dual system - taking theoretical training at school and practical directly from employers. It is anticipated departures of 48 participants from Labour Corps in Kedzierzyn-Kozle and from other field units in Opole voivodeship (including chefs, bakers, hairdressers, mechanics, locksmiths, carpenters and fitters building and finishing works) to Germany (Bad Freienwalde) in order to improve professional skills, learn about new technologies and new raw materials.Traineeships will take place in 3 groups of 16 person.The composition of each group will be composed of participants representing various professions, which means that the practice will be organized so as to suit the individual needs of the participants.Departures are scheduled on the following dates:- March 2017 - group of 16 people in occupations: 13 chefs, 3 bakers (and 2 educators);- April 2017- group of 16 people in occupations: 4 hairdressers, 4 car mechanics, 4 locksmiths, 4 fitters building and finishing works, as may be 2 carpenters (and 2 educators);- April / May 2018 - group of 16 people in occupations: 4 hairdressers, 4 car mechanics, 4 locksmiths, 4 fitters building dry and finishing works, as may be 2 carpenters (and 2 educators);Each participant will realize 160 apprenticeship hours of vocational training (theory and practice) in training workshops or at the individual employer, provided by the receive organization - Vocational Training Association e.V. Eberswalde.The sending organization - Opole Provincial OHP Headquarters will hold a 10 hour pedagogical support and 10 hour cultural preparation, as well as 20 hours of language preparation in accordance with the level and skills of the participant. Preparatory activities will be carried out in the period from September 2016 until the end of February 2017 for the first two groups and the end of March 2018 for the last group.Thanks to abroad practices preceded by the preparation of linguistic, cultural and pedagogical, youth will also raise their social and interpersonal skills. The result of the placement is to level playing field and prepare the participant of OHP to greater mobility, flexibility and acquiring the ability to adapt quickly to new working conditions, which in perspective will help him be a more attractive and competitive employer in the country and in Europe. High-quality of vocational education supplement in informal way by participating in an internship will help OHP participants to achieve professional success. One of the most important elements of practice will recognize these competencies through the appropriate certificates, including a certificate of Europass Mobility.
