The project „Training in Spain as an opportunity of professional success” is directed to 18 first, second and third year students from Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych in Nietążkowo who study in technical school in such professions as: a hotel industry technician, a catering technician, a landscape architectural technician, an agricultural technician, an IT technician and a freight forwarding technician. The 3 weeks of practice will be organized in cooperation with a Spanish partner- a company euroMind which has spent many years organizing vocational practice and has a lot of experience in finding suitable institutions hosting the trainees. Before going to Spain the students will be taking part in preparing activities and courses so that they will be well prepared for the training abroad.The purpose of the project is mainly the professional development and mobility increase of 18 students from technical school. The practice will help students to develop and improve interpersonal skills and core competence to carry out professional tasks, which are very important for employers. Another important element of our practice will be making the participants aware of the importance of the lifelong self-improvement and flexibility in new situations and changing market economy. Thanks to the language practice before going abroad, further language practice in Spain and everyday use of English and Spanish during training students will overcome language barrier and acquire higher level of foreign languages. Efficient communication in English and basic communication in Spanish will provide the trainees not only with the professional development but also will open them to new cultures, cultural and language societies without losing our Polish sense of identity at the same time.After finishing the training course, students will receive Europass Mobility Certificate, Europass Language Passport and Europass CV which will confirm their practice in Spain. It will improve students' opportunities to find a good job in changing labour market, not only in Poland but also in whole Europe. The certificates will be important documents for participants because they will confirm gaining new abilities and vocational experience, improving language and ICT skills and mobility in European labour market.Students receiving the competences and certificates will make Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych in Nietążkowo more prestigious. Thanks to the organization of this training abroad the standard of teaching in ZSP in Nietążkowo will increase and professional training in school will be enriched. Our project will also have influence on the local and regional level because the companies will have better qualified employees who will be motivated to develop personally and professionally. Moreover, Poland and the region of Kościan will be promoted beyond the Polish borders, in Spain.
