As an organization of civil society that responds to the challenges of society and its needs, A.I.D. because of the socioeconomical crisis prevailing in Greece, feels the debt to help to alleviate the problem with immigrants and refugees, by designing integration interventions especially for migrant women - refugees because they are a minority inside a minority that its needs are neglected.Adult education is the key to improving the quality of human resources, forming attitudes and behavior and career development to international standards, which is why we invest through this project to it. Our main goal is to improve the quality of work of our members and by extension our organizations abilities , according to European standards and good practices.Through the project "Practices, approaches οf inclusion and empowerment of women migrants and refugees in Adult Education with emphasis on tools i, intervention design, teaching methods and materials production” seeks to train its members to upgrade their teaching methods, receive know how , technological commuting practices, tools and working methods in the empowerment and integration of women.The plan involves 9 people out of 45 that counts our organization's Action Group and because of the the complexity and holistic approach that the issue requires, the scientific background of participants consists of psychologists, educators, social workers and people with experience in adult education and organizing social activities and coordinating volunteers.The expected results from the mobility is to develop the quality of the work of our organization through the training of our members which will act as of propagating knowledge about the rest of the community, to satisfy the need for networking and upgrading the quality of work offered by adopting good practices other EU countries, the evolution and progress of the organization in accordance with European standards and practices, the effective promotion of multiculturalism, European identity and culture, knowledge integration using modern methods of teaching, tools and instruments, acquiring skills handling problematic situations, prevention of violence and abuse of women and deepening in European culture and European identity,In local level we focus on raising awareness of other organizations to take action on the issue of empowerment of women migrants - refugees or generally on issues related to migration, without hesitating for lack of specialized knowledge and secondly on the expansion our network between society organizations citizens and local authorities dealing with refugees - immigrants.At European level, the project aims to work in accordance with European standards, developing partnerships with educational institutions and organizations active in those fields in order to be able to improve the quality of their work but also a participation in the European movement in favor of social cohesion, human rights and promotion of European identity and citizenship.After completion of mobility, participants will obtain the Certificate of Europass, and at all stages of the project will be implemented Qualitative Assessment through the use of appropriate data collection tools (questionnaires, observation, biographical, narrative interview) which will allow to understand better the analysis in relation to the initial objectives, perceptions, attitudes and knowledge before and after the training.
