The objective of this project is the enhancement of the international cooperation and will focus on the students, teachers and labor market.The main objectives of the project are: enhancing basic and professional competences and skills, developing multilingualism and digital skills, encourage self-confidence, enhancing multiculturalism and promoting coherence between different European countries, better cooperation between school and labor market/employers. During the project we would like to strengthen the link between students and employers with the aim to enhance early employment and to implement changes in the school what is really important to be up to date. Many employers also report difficulties in finding suitably skilled workers that’s why matching skills and jobs has become a high-priority policy.Internationalization will be strengthening also by hosting foreign students in our organization who will bring the new culture, language, experience and professional skills. Hosting foreign students will force home teachers to be more opened, speaking foreign languages and team working.
