In 20 European countries are established 4500 Practice Firms (PF), which are led by PF Trainers. Quality of learning at PF depends on PF Trainer and their skills, abilities to organise and moderate work, motivate, encourage, empower students to be equipped with knowledge and skills required by their future employer. However there is no particular Teacher's training institution in a formal education system in none of the partner countries that prepare PF trainers. Therefore central office (CO) coordinating PF activities nationwide provide PF trainers' training (PFTT). The trainers demand their professional development in order to be able to react flexibly and choose the right activities and tools to organise work at PF. The project partners will exchange their currently used methodologies in PF trainers training will develop them further and apply PFTT programme in training new and experienced trainers. The project encourages knowledge and experience exchanges among PF trainers too.
